Private Event Information

Thank you for considering Pearl & Vine for your upcoming event. While providing our guests with a consistently extraordinary dining experience, we are committed to fresh, creative dishes and will not compromise on the quality of the food, regardless of the size of your party.

How to Reserve

To reserve a private room, a signed contract and credit card deposit are required as well as a minimum expenditure. All parties requiring a private space and parties of 20 or more are considered a Private Event and will be referred to the Event Coordinator. Parties of 20 or more will require a limited, set menu. Room minimums vary depending on the day of the week and month of the year. Certain Holidays, regardless of the day of the week they fall on, are subject to the higher minimum pricing. Reservations are not guaranteed until a signed contract and any required deposit is obtained.

Rooms and Capacity

With two rooms capable of hosting private events, we welcome all inquiries. Our two private event rooms include our intimate Chef’s Room which can seat up to 16 guests. Our larger Garden Room can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner or 70 guests for a cocktail reception. Our outdoor Stage Patio can be enclosed with our Garden Room to seat up to 70 for a plated dinner, or up to 100 for a cocktail style reception. All of our tables are rectangular and can seat from 6-14 people. We do not have table linens. Both of our rooms are equipped with AV compatibility.


Parties up to 19 people can order off the full menu. Any party of 20 or more will require a limited set menu. Parties of 20-30 may choose up to 5 entrée choices. Parties of 31-50 may choose up to 3 entrée choices. Your guests will be able to order their entrée from the selected limited menu on the day of the event, no pre-order is needed. Any party of 51 people or more will have one entrée, which could also be a combination plate. You will see our set menus with pricing under the package menus drop down. These menus may vary due to seasonal menu changes. Please note any dietary restrictions when selecting your menu. You may also preselect wines for your event. All beverage pricing is based on consumption.
